INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS AVAILABLE:

 

Initial individual sessions are typically 3-4 hours. History, issues and goals are determined which will be integrated into the suggestions during hypnotherapy. Cognitive skills, relaxation and reinforcement techniques are also taught. The last hour is the hypnotherapy where the session is recorded to a cassette tape for continued reinforcement. (CD's are also available)
